Terms and Conditions
Artsihome reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Please read them regularly.

Payment

Payment is due at time of order. If we do not receive your payment, or your payment is declined, items will not be shipped and ownership of any items purchased by the buyer will be forfeited. 


Shipping

Orders being shipped domestically within the United States will be shipped free of charge. International shipment fees are the responsibility of the buyer. The amount for international shipments will be agreed upon at the time of purchase.  Items that are lost or damaged during shipment to the buyer will be refunded or replaced by the seller. 

Refund/Return Policy

Artsihome has a 30 day money back guarantee. If the buyer receives an item that has been damaged in transit to customer, has a manufacturer defect or different from description, the seller agrees to issue a replacement and/ or issue a return shipping label or a refund based on item availability. Clear pictures of the item defect or damage and accompanying original paper work are required by manufacturer and carrier in this case.
If the buyer is not satisfied with the product they received for non of the above reasons, a written explanation is needed and they will be issued a full or partial refund. Some items are subject for 15%-20% restocking fee applied by manufacturer.  

Cancellation

Items purchased by the buyer may be cancelled before payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed for an item, the buyer assumes all responsibility for payment.
